Where does my sponsorship money go?
Every dollar goes back into the program. Field permits, gear replacement, umpire fees for fall ball scrimmages, and keeping the free programs actually free for families who need them.
Is my sponsorship tax deductible?
Talk to your accountant. Contributions to youth sports programs can often be classified as marketing expenses depending on your business structure. We provide receipts and documentation for every sponsorship.
How long does the sponsorship last?
Each tier is per season. You can renew, upgrade, or step down for the following season. No long-term contract required.
Can individuals sponsor, not just businesses?
Absolutely. Many of our sponsors are alumni families, community members, or parents who want to keep the program strong for the next kid coming through. Every level welcomes individual sponsors.
How do I submit my logo and info?
Once your sponsorship is confirmed we send a simple form to collect your logo, business info, and social media handles. Everything goes live within one week.
